  • Preview Dark Avengers 182

Next week it’s the penultimate Thunderbolts story for Dark Avengers! Preview over at Comic Book Resources. And if you’re heading to the New York Comicon, have a great time, but not with me because I’m not there.

I hope that we’ll get to see more of Skaar. I would still love to see you write an on-going series involving the Son of Hulk. That would be awesome! Besides, I’d like to see more exploration regarding Skaar’s heritage, including the Old Power & Shadow People.

If Paul Pelletier or Carlo Pagulayan would be on the art, I think it would be a smash hit (no pun intended)!

Thank you for your run on Thunderbolts Mr. Parker, I greatly enjoyed it and it was by far my favorite run after issue 75. I’ll keep an eye out for if the comic stops being about the Dark Avengers so I can pick it up again. I know you promise great things for the characters, but all I’ve seen for the last bunch of issues not dealing directly with the lost in time Thunderbolts has been a bit boring and full of mediocre to bad artwork.

I would normally not comment and keep negative stuff like that to myself, but I love my Thunderbolts and have all the issues up to this point, and figure if I don’t say anything there will be that much less chance of the Thunderbolts I enjoy ever coming back. Again, thanks for the comics and I hope that at some point the comic gets back to being about villains trying to be heroes instead of villains pretending to be heroes.

If it never does, good luck with it anyway.

Style shifts can be tough on readers, and we will have a lot less of that in future issues Jeff. Thanks for reading still, I appreciate it.
