Sunday was quieter than Saturday at the Dublin show but great turnout at the panels, which were quality. Thanks for asking good questions, Dubliners! Declan revealed himself to be a solid moderator as well as artist, and handled the one where we talked about handling famous licensed characters. We all did a good one on process, I don’t remember what it was called. I think some of the crowd were suddenly thinking of photoshop harder than they had expected. My favorite parts were watching Kieron Gillen have Happy Birthday sung to him multiple times, like a restaurant singalong that never ends.
A salute to Dave and John Hendrick and Bruno Battista for their heroic efforts in putting this show together, I’ll happily do it again and encourage any creator to respond immediately should they invite. Today we’re heading west on the train to see what Ireland looks like on the outside. So far there are cows and sheep and greeeeeeeeen!
