Rita Repulsa: “Wand, Make My M-11 Grow!!”

Just the idea of a giant-sized M-11 makes me kinda giddy. :D

Hey there we go. For M-11′s One-Shot Special. Giant-Sized M-11!

Preview looks pretty damn good so far. Can’t wait for the next issue.

    Hi Jeff,

Just a quick question if you don’t mind.

Is there anyway for an old time fan (like myself) to get in contact with both Jeph Loeb and Paul Jenkins?

KHM, we’re not supposed to give each other’s emails out, kind of an understood practice- and since neither of those guys have a website or forum set up to interact with readers (that I know about anyway), I don’t know what to tell you. I’m sorry.

That is fine my friend, I totally understand.

Would it be possible if I can ask you to pass on my congratulations to Jeph Loeb on his new promotion? It really couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. Suggestions I would like to submit to Jeph through yourself are :-

    Live TV Shows
Agents of Atlas – This would be awesome! – Might be too expensive though. Might be better animated thinking about it.
Power Man & Iron Fist – Michael Jai White or Michael Clark Duncan as Luke Cage Ray Park as Iron Fist.
Hulk – Has to be done – not sure who for the roles though.

Marvel Knights Live TV Shows – More for an adult audience
Black Widow – Difficult – not sure here.
Daredevil – Once the character is back in Marvel hands meeting other viglante types ie, Moon Knight, Shroud , Punisher, Captain America etc. Also, covering some of the classic storylines and characters (including Black Widow (crossover), Elektra, Echo, Bullseye, Kingpin etc).

    Animated Features
World War Hulk – No brainer here.
Exiles and/or Thunderbolts – Would be interesting to see.
Daredevil Yellow – Matching Tim Sale’s beautiful artwork would be amazing.
Old Man Logan – I am thinking combination of Heavy Metal animated style combined with Japanese Manga. Got to have a rocking 70′s/80′s soundtrack. 15 certificate also unrated version.
Adam Warlock – Classic 70′s storyline brought up to date.

Vs – A Whole Series of Animated Features Following in the vein of Hulk Vs
    Wolverine Vs Sabretooth
    Wolverine Vs Omega Red
    Wolverine Vs Cyber
    Wolverine Vs Daredevil
    Daredevil Vs Punisher
    Daredevil Vs Spiderman etc

    You get the drift.

What I would like to pass on to the other fine fellow, a very underrated writer Mr Paul Jenkins :-

To Paul Jenkins, question that I wanted to ask is, when you created the Hulk villain General John Ryker did you envision in anyway a connection to a Captain Simon Ryker who, was an old Deathlok villain from the 70′s who wanted to create cyborg super-soldiers for the US governnment?

Whereas the modern day General John Ryker wishes to create gamma super-soldiers for the US governnment. Could he be working with the Hulk villains who make up the Intel?

Could there be a connection here? Hhmmm ……………..

Also if you could pass on comments to Mr Paul Jenkins, I would be most grateful.

Maybe you could email their responses on your site too? Pretty please?

To your good self I just wanted to say keep up the amazing body of work that you are doing. It truly is incredible!

I would be grateful in a future T-Bolts storyline you explaining the connection between the Man-Thing and The Globe.

I did ask Marvel once back in the day with no joy! I personally see it as they both fulfill the cosmic balance, the Ying and Yang if you will but, it would be interesting to read your take on it.

Lastly, you and Gabriel Hardman doing Hulk #25. I know that you have gone on record and said it was an error, but if it isn’t, good luck!

Don’t let Marvel down the line saddle that title with the adjective Rampaging Hulk as the last two Hulk title’s they did that to were eventually cancelled.

Either make it Mighty Hulk or Hulk Smash I could live comfortably with either title.

    Warmest regards as always!

    The Man!

    The Myth!

    The Legend!

Well, I do realise it does appear that I am taking advantage of Jeff’s kind nature but it is not really the case. Has Jeff as confirmed that neither Jeph nor Paul have their own website. So when myself and some of my friends got together recently to discuss the news involving Jeph (bearing in mind I missed the stuff that newsarama did) I thought I’d ask Jeff for advice. Regarding Paul, that is something I am working on with my buddy Zeno.

PPS Just to show you guys that I am not an Indian-giver (one who gives with one hand and at the same time takes with the other). I am currently assisting a young man by the name of Joe Ward who writes and draws his own independent comics. He is trying to get his stuff out there to a wider audience.

This is a sample of Joe’s work (he does do commissions by the way)
with a picture of the very cool guy. He draws under the name of captainsnikt. NOTE – His email address is included if you want to contact the guy.

Check out his pics in his gallery especially those of Kurt Russell as Wolverine and Clint Eastwood as Wolverine (Old man Logan anybody?). Also his take of Michael Biehn (The Terminator and Aliens) as Cable is pretty damn good)

Also Joe does hand made sculpts. You want it he makes it.

Hey, I have kids. Jeff, any chance of M-11 or Uranian (with his spaceship) action figures being made by Marvel? I know, seems unlikely, but those would make fun gifts – especially an M-11 that was big enough to smash a city as he is doing on that cover!
