  • Preview AGENTS of ATLAS #2!

Over at Comic Book Resources today, a nice fat preview too. For those of you who’ve been wanting the book to jump into 50′s material, we’ve got you covered- watch Marvel Boy chase down a MiG Fighter jet!

now, you know this is just going to end with a skeleton pilot

I’m pretty excited about the stories starting in this issue- do me a solid and spread the link around if you have time.

    Looking good!

Best book on the market right now. Best writer working at Marvel. Everyone needs to read this and Jeff’s other work.

The colouring looks great on that page. I’m not going to check out the preview personally but will certainly spread the word!

Oh man…Gabriel Hardman? I somehow missed that part. Seriously: comic store. Today.

A bit surprised at the complaint on CBR of Grizzly appearing, but not in costume. Considering almost nobody uses folks like Man Mountain Marko and Grizzly, it’s nice to see them. Bear suit or not. And he did have a bear fur coat which looks like part of his old costume, due to the attached head.

Excellent, now Grizzly is also on the ATF? Lovely employees Norman hires…

Hope he lasts longer than Marko…

Carlo and Hardman make a good team, nice style contrast. Can’t wait can’t wait!

Okay, you KNOW I love this stuff, and upcoming meetings / battles with Captain America, and the New Avengers only makes it all so much sweeter. And I personally love the Grizzly remake. He’s still the Grizzly, but not so… (how to put this delicately) completely and utterly stupid, like he used to be.

Now some Grizzly fans are gonna get in a tizzy.

The first issue of the new ongoing book was the best first issue of a book I’ve read in forever … yes, better than either Brubaker’s “Captain America” debut and Fraction’s “Invincible Iron Man.” And I don’t say that easily. “Agents of Atlas” is pretty boss, as the kids say!

Carlo’s work is BEAUTIFUL. That writing stuff ain’t bad, either. ;)
