Today was the day I was going to blog my request for what Apple should make instead of that sissy “Air” thing, but Roger Cruz decided to end his vacation early and now I need to finish a script for him. So no content until Monday. Hope everyone liked mine and Eric Nguyen’s issue of XFC this week. Peas.

I’m going to be a kiss-ass here and say thank you for your work on X-men First Class. What was an iffy pick up when the mini-series first came out has fast become one of my favorite monthly titles. With all the complexity and confusion throughout mainstream Marvel, it’s REALLY nice just to be able to pick up a book that you know is going to be light, fun, and self-contained. I’d say keep up the good work but I’m beginning to doubt a bad issue of XFC could ever exist.

Another awesome issue of XFC. How could you not dig the peeks into the future? Very inventive use of Man-Thing, as has come to be expected of any appearance by a non-mutant Marvel character in this series. Seeing the X-Men interact with folks they traditionally do not cross paths with is one of the best things about XFC. I’ve especially enjoyed seeing Curt Connors on more than one occassion. The Lizard is darn near my favorite Spidey villain.

    Keep it up!

I share that with you- the Lizard is my all time favorite!

Hey, great minds think alike, Jeff! Do you agree, though, that the Lizard is only the Lizard if he’s wearing purple pants? Without the purple pants, it just ain’t the same!

And the only reason I can’t say Liz is my all-time favorite Spidey villain is because I have a hard time choosing between he and the Hobgoblin.
