Gardammed iPod
Again, me using the blog as a reminder to do things, like take my iPod in to be tinkered or sent back. I see that Apple has a release date on the iPhone, but how is that going to fly when they can’t make an iPod that keeps working (based on all the troubles I’ve seen others have as well)? I reserve the right to whine as I’ve bought nothing but Apple computers for years, having been thoroughly brainwashed back in school.
Yes people in famine-stricken countries with cruel regimes, I hear you rolling your eyes at me and my first-world problems as you fight for survival. But imagine me going to the gym and having to hear Scorpions as I work out! Now who’s oppressed?

Heh…I’ve had my iPod for 6+ years and I’ve never had a problem with mine.

Rob, it’s not kind to gloat! And Charlie, that doesn’t surprise me with the harsh music you must load on them.
The guy at the Genius Bar did the same thing I was doing, and got my iPod on again. Then got the RESTORE going, and now I’m Rokken like Dokken again.

Huh. I’ve never had major, intractable problems with my iPod. Sure, I had to wipe it once and restore the default software, but that seems like pretty standard maintainence to me.
